To the left of the Clock Tower, you can admire the most famous balconies of Locorotondo, those of Palazzo Morelli, the only seigneurial dwelling which has preserved intact its baroque facade, which goes back to the first years of the 18th century. Looking at the palace the splendid entrance stands out, adorned with a mask and the coat of arms of the Morelli family. We can also see the gracious balconies with wrought iron handrails made in the shape of a goose’s chest which make up the view out from the noblemen’s floor. In the entrance courtyard you can see the hierarchical distribution of the spaces, distributed on three floors and linked by external stairs.
